| Terms and Conditions These Terms & Conditions relate to goods which you offer to purchase from JJ Security Supplies. Please read these Terms and Conditions, which govern the use of our Mail Order Service. By making an offer to purchase, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions of Trading. If you do not accept our Terms you should not place an order. • Payments We accept the following methods of payment. Credit or Debit Card - We accept all major credit and debit cards. Mastercard, Visa, Solo, Maestro and Visa Electron. Goods must be paid for in full before your order will be dispatched. Please note that every credit or debit card transaction must be submitted to a full security check. The security check involves matching the data supplied with your order to the data held on file with your bank (as stated on your bank statement) if the data does not match the transaction will be declined. If we experience a problem processing your card payment will contact you as soon as possible. • Mail Order Returns Your satisfaction is important to us. If an item does not meet your requirements simply contact Sales for a Returns Number and complete the Returns and Exchange section on the reverse of your Sales Receipt supplied with your order. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase together with your Sales Receipt and must be in an unused resalable condition to qualify for a Refund or Exchange. On cancellation for whatever reason, you must return the goods which we have delivered to you. If upon receipt the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged we will meet the cost of return providing you include a receipt for postage, goods will be replaced, exchanged or refunded at your request. In all other circumstances we will refund the amount you paid for the goods, but we will not refund any costs to return the goods. JJ Security Supplies offers a 3 month guarantee on all goods sold. We will not sell or pass your details to third party organisations except for the purpose or processing your order. • Placing an order Nothing on our website is intended or shall be interpreted to mean that we are making a legal offer to you to provide you the goods.
